1. Visit packslet.com and click the Login button. Sign in to the account with the Packslet Pro subscription you want to cancel.
2. Open the account icon menu in the top navigation bar and select Settings.
3. Under Plan, click Manage plan. The billing portal opens in a new tab.
4. Sign in to the billing portal if prompted, then select your Packslet Pro subscription and follow the cancellation steps shown there.
5. Review when the cancellation will take effect and complete the confirmation. Check that the billing portal shows your subscription as canceled or scheduled to end before closing the tab.

Note: The Manage plan button appears for Pro accounts. If you see Upgrade instead, check that you signed in to the correct account. If you need help finding or canceling your subscription, contact hello@packslet.com.
