Want to join in on the fun? Keep your host tab open and join the same game in a second tab, just like your students. You can stay signed in to your teacher account.

1. Follow How to host a game until you reach the lobby and can see the join code. Share the code with your students, but wait to start the game until you have joined too.
2. Open a new browser tab and visit packslet.com/join. Keep the original host tab open so you can return to the lobby and game controls.
3. Enter the join code from your host tab and click Join.
4. Enter your name in Your Name, select an avatar under Choose Your Avatar, and click Play!. You will see a waiting screen until you start the game from the host tab.
5. Switch back to your host tab. Check that you and your students appear in the lobby, then click Start Game.
6. Return to your player tab to play the game mode and answer questions alongside your students.
7. Switch to the host tab whenever you need to select Add more time or End game. Keep both tabs open while you play.

Note: Join before clicking Start Game. If the game has already started, you can only join if you enabled joining after the game starts in the game settings.

Tip: If you are projecting the host screen for your class, use a separate browser window or a second device for your player view so you can keep the leaderboard visible.
