How to play a game mode with your students

1. Host a game and wait for the lobby to open.
2. Click Play in this game in the lobby. Packslet opens the join screen for your game in a new tab, so you do not need to enter the join code. Keep the host tab open for the game controls.
3. Your account name appears in Your Name. Choose an avatar under Choose Your Avatar, then click Play!. You will wait with your students until the game starts.
4. Return to the host tab. Once everyone appears in the lobby, click Start Game. Switch to your player tab to play and answer questions alongside your students.
5. Use the host tab whenever you need Add more time or End game. As a signed-in teacher playing in the game, you earn 50 coins when the game ends.

Note: Join before clicking Start Game. You can also use Play in this game after the game starts if Allow players to join late was enabled in the game settings.

Tip: If you project the host screen for your class, keep your player tab in a separate browser window or on another device so students can see the leaderboard.
