How to generate a question pack with AI
Learn how to generate questions with AI, review the results, and add the questions you want to a Packslet question pack.
Note: AI question generation is a Packslet Pro feature.
- Visit packslet.com and click the Login button.
- Create a new question pack or open an existing pack. When creating a new pack, choose the subject and grade level carefully—Packslet uses both to help generate appropriate questions. For detailed instructions, see How to create a question pack or How to find a question pack.
- If the pack is empty, click Generate questions in the question area. If the pack already contains questions, open the three-dot menu near the pack title and select Generate questions.
- In the Generate questions with AI window, describe the questions you want. Include the topic and any specific concepts, skills, or types of questions the pack should cover.
Tip: A detailed prompt produces more focused results. For example: “Questions about World War II covering the major events, key leaders, and turning points of the war.”
- Choose how many questions to generate. You can generate from 1 to 30 questions at a time.
- Click Generate. Generation may take a few minutes, so do not refresh the page while Packslet is working.
- Review the generated questions and answer choices. All questions are selected by default. Clear the checkbox beside any question you do not want to add, or use Deselect all and choose questions individually.
- Click Add number to pack to save the selected questions to your question pack.
- Review the saved questions for accuracy. You can use the Edit button beside any question to revise its prompt, answer choices, or correct answer.
